3. Ordering

Orders are placed via WhatsApp or email. We will confirm your order via WhatsApp before processing. By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are over 18 years of age (or have parental consent)
• The delivery address and contact details you provide are accurate
• You agree to pay the confirmed price including any applicable shipping charges

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price at the time of your confirmed order will be honored.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may be eligible for a return or replacement if:

• You received a damaged or defective product
• You received the wrong item
• The product is unused, sealed, and in its original condition
• You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or refund:

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products (unless damaged or defective)

Refund Process

Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days via the original payment method, or offer a store credit / replacement — your choice.

Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damage), we will bear the return shipping cost. For other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. For international orders or bulk shipments, please contact us directly on WhatsApp to discuss arrangements.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a WhatsApp message once your order is dispatched with tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Tamil Nadu: 2–4 business days
• South India: 3–5 business days
• Rest of India: 5–8 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or remote locations.

Shipping Charges

• Orders above ₹499: Free shipping
• Orders below ₹499: A nominal shipping fee will be communicated at the time of order confirmation

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will share the courier name and tracking number via WhatsApp so you can monitor your delivery.

Damaged in Transit

If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Bulk & Wholesale Orders
